Overview

The Gulet Sunworld 8 is a splendid choice for a group of sixteen guests who want to charter comfortable, wooden sailing boat with a great nautical character and plenty of space forward and aft for relaxing. Everything from cleaning to cooking meals and serving drinks is cared for by the friendly, professional crew.

Interior

Built in 2001, the Sunworld 8 is a classic Gulet ketch which was completely renovated in 2015. The simple layout of cabins separates into two groups in the hull. The square stern holds four double bed cabins, while in the bow section forward of the indoor salon and galley kitchen, there are two twin bd cabins, one double bed cabin and one triple, with a double bed and a single bed. All cabins have their own shower and toilet bathrooms, and air-conditioning fitted, and controlled from the captain’s panel.

Exterior

The front deck space with sunbeds is everyone’s favourite spot, plus the unique bench seat alcove between the sunbeds and the coach house for drinks and chats. The meals of the day are served on the shaded deck table in the stern by the crew of four, who also manage all the drinks service, cleaning and sailing. For the active guests there is a windsurfer, a kayak and on booking request, water skis that can be pulled by the 60HP tender.

The classic ketch Gulet Sunworld 8 offers a delightful holiday afloat motoring, or at times sailing under full rig, along the Aegean coasts of southwest Turkey. Dropping anchor then swimming in beautiful bays every day makes for a pleasant cruising holiday without spending a high budget.
